- Reviewed a draft request for proposals to solicit consultant bids for an update of the City's Housing Element, which is required every five years, with an estimated cost of $100,000. Council approved the draft with revisions to include separating the core consultant duties of bringing the Housing Element technically up to date from optional items in the request for proposals.
